Izabela Jolanta Korczakowska ist seit Juli 2025 Vorstandsvorsitzende von IMPULS-LEASING Polska und seit Oktober 2024 auch Vorstandsvorsitzende von IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska. Ihre Karriere in der IMPULS-LEASING-Gruppe begann sie im Juli 2024 als Vorstandsmitglied von IMPULS-LEASING Polska und Vorstandsmitglied von IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska. Sie verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung, Projektmanagement und Personalf\u00fchrung. Seit 2013 ist sie in der Finanzbranche t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n

Von November 2021 bis Mai 2024 war sie als Vertriebsdirektorin bei Societe Generale Equipment Finance t\u00e4tig. Von 2013 bis 2021 war sie bei der EFL-Gruppe in folgenden Positionen t\u00e4tig: Account Management Director bei Carefleet (CFM) (2013-2016), stellvertretende Direktorin der Vertriebsabteilung von EFL SA (2016-2018), Direktorin f\u00fcr Vertriebsprozess- und Kundenservice (2018\u20132020) und Direktorin f\u00fcr Fernabsatz und Betreuung von Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern (2020\u20132021).<\/p>\n

Neben ihrer Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche hatte sie auch F\u00fchrungspositionen in der Logistik- und Speditionsbranche inne, unter anderem bei PANALPINA SA (jetzt DSV Global Forwarding), wo sie f\u00fcr den Aufbau und sp\u00e4ter f\u00fcr das Management des Vertriebs und des Kundenservice verantwortlich war.<\/p>\n

Sie ist Absolventin der Wirtschaftsakademie in Wroc\u0142aw. Au\u00dferdem absolvierte sie ein Aufbaustudium im Bereich Internationale Lieferkettenlogistik an der Internationalen Hochschule f\u00fcr Logistik und Transport in Wroc\u0142aw sowie ein Aufbaustudium im Bereich Vertriebsmanagement an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Bankwesen in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 Karni\u0142owicz ist Vorstandsmitglied von IMPULS-LEASING Polska und IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska und seit September 2025 f\u00fcr den Bereich Back Office verantwortlich. Er ist seit 2022 mit der IMPULS-LEASING-Gruppe verbunden, als er die Position des Finanzdirektors \u00fcbernahm.<\/p>\n

Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber fast 20 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, die er in F\u00fchrungspositionen in Polen und in Mittel- und Osteuropa gesammelt hat. Er ist spezialisiert auf Finanzmanagement, Risikomanagement, Back-Office-Prozesse und die Implementierung technologischer Innovationen, darunter L\u00f6sungen im Bereich Automatisierung und k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz. Bei der IMPULS-LEASING-Gruppe war er f\u00fcr die Entwicklung einer Strategie zum Einsatz k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz verantwortlich, und das von ihm geleitete Team entwarf und implementierte einen internen KI-Assistenten, der die Effizienz der gesamten Organisation steigerte.<\/p>\n

Bevor er zur IMPULS-LEASING-Gruppe kam, arbeitete er unter anderem bei der Digital Care Group als Finanzmanager, wo er an der Entwicklung eines internationalen Gesch\u00e4ftsmodells f\u00fcr die Vermietung von Mobilger\u00e4ten (Polen, Baltikum, S\u00fcdafrika) mitwirkte. Au\u00dferdem war er als EEA Finance Manager bei Caterpillar Financial Services f\u00fcr die Finanzen in neun osteurop\u00e4ischen L\u00e4ndern verantwortlich und als Finanzdirektor bei CFM – Business Lease Poland t\u00e4tig. Zuvor sammelte er Erfahrungen bei der AXA-Gruppe, der KBC-Gruppe und bei Ernst & Young.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 Karni\u0142owicz ist Absolvent der Handelshochschule in Warschau im Fachbereich Finanzen und Rechnungswesen. Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber anerkannte internationale Berufsqualifikationen ACMA, CGMA, zertifiziert durch CIMA und AICPA, sowie den Titel Chartered Sustainable Finance Manager (CSFM).<\/p>\n
