We offer various forms of employment – an employment contract, a contract of mandate, or a business cooperation agreement. We work in a hybrid model: 2 days remotely, 3 days in the office. We’re open to individual arrangements to find the best solution together.

Engaging onboarding from day one
From the very beginning, you’ll feel like part of the IMPULS-LEASING Polska team. We’ll introduce you to our mission, vision, and values, present the company structure and how our departments operate, and give you the opportunity to meet our Management Board. If you join the Sales Department, you’ll also get to know our sales tools, internal systems, and team collaboration principles. After just two onboarding days, you’ll be ready to go!
