Engaging onboarding from day one
From the very beginning, you’ll feel like part of the IMPULS-LEASING Polska team. We’ll introduce you to our mission, vision, and values, present the company structure and how our departments operate, and give you the opportunity to meet our Management Board. If you join the Sales Department, you’ll also get to know our sales tools, internal systems, and team collaboration principles. After just two onboarding days, you’ll be ready to go!

• Internal training – conducted by our experts, covering system, product, and sales topics, as well as business knowledge sessions and inspirational meetings with the Management Team.
