Izabela Jolanta Korczakowska has been President of the Management Board of IMPULS-LEASING Polska since July 2025, and since October 2024 she has also been President of the Management Board of IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska. She began her career at the IMPULS-LEASING Group in July 2024, taking up the position of Member of the Management Board of IMPULS-LEASING Polska and Member of the Management Board of IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska. She brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, project management, and people leadership. She has been active in the financial industry since 2013.<\/p>\n

From November 2021 to May 2024, she served as Commercial Director at Societe Generale Equipment Finance. Between 2013 and 2021, she worked within the EFL Group, holding the following positions: Account Management Director at Carefleet (CFM) (2013\u20132016), Deputy Director of the EFL Sales Network Department (2016\u20132018), Director of Sales and Customer Service Process Management (2018\u20132020), Director of Remote Sales and Partner Relations (2020\u20132021).<\/p>\n

In addition to her financial industry experience, she held management positions in the logistics and freight forwarding sector, including at PANALPINA SA (now DSV Global Forwarding), where she was responsible for establishing and later managing the sales and customer service departments.<\/p>\n

She is a graduate of the Wroc\u0142aw University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in International Supply Chain Logistics at the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroc\u0142aw, as well as in Sales Management at the WSB University in Wroc\u0142aw.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 Karni\u0142owicz is a Member of the Management Board of IMPULS-LEASING Polska and IMPULS-INSURANCE Polska, responsible for the Back Office area since September 2025. He has been associated with the IMPULS-LEASING Group since 2022, when he took up the position of Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n

He has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the financial services industry, gained in managerial positions in Poland and in the Central and Eastern Europe region. He specializes in financial management, risk management, back-office processes, and the implementation of technological innovations, including automation and artificial intelligence solutions. At the IMPULS-LEASING Group, he was responsible for shaping the strategy for the use of artificial intelligence, and the team he led designed and implemented an internal AI assistant to increase the efficiency of the entire organization.<\/p>\n

Before joining the IMPULS-LEASING Group, he worked, among others, at Digital Care Group as Finance Manager, where he co-created an international business model for mobile device rental (Poland, Baltic countries, South Africa). He also served as EEA Finance Manager at Caterpillar Financial Services, responsible for finance in nine Eastern European countries, and as Finance Director at CFM – Business Lease Poland. Previously, he gained experience at the AXA Group, KBC Group, and Ernst & Young.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 Karni\u0142owicz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He holds internationally recognized professional qualifications ACMA, CGMA, certified by CIMA and AICPA, as well as the title of Chartered Sustainable Finance Manager (CSFM).<\/p>\n
