  • rDo not make any changes or repairs to the leased item before an inspection by the Insurance Company.

Power of Attorney for Claim Settlement

After reporting the damage, we will send a power of attorney to the Insurance Company authorizing the designated party (user or repair shop) to receive the compensation.

Compensation Transfer

The compensation amount will be transferred to the authorized entity’s account after the Insurance Company receives the repair invoices.

Roadside Assistance

If you have an IMPULS-ASSISTANCE card and your vehicle breaks down or is involved in an accident, contact EUROP ASSISTANCE POLSKA at: 22 250 82 22. This number is printed on your card and is available 24/7.

If you do not have an IMPULS-ASSISTANCE card, contact the assistance number listed on the back of your insurance policy confirmation.

Vehicle Theft

In the event of vehicle theft, immediately notify the nearest Police Station and your Insurance Company.
Be sure to obtain written confirmation of the report from the Police.
